Summary

This phase 2 trial tests an oral drug called sonrotoclax (BGB-11417) in 100 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the cancer. It is not expected to be a cure.
