NCT ID NCT07336082

First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study compares two non-drug treatments for awake bruxism (daytime teeth clenching or jaw tension) in 20 adults aged 18-45. One group does exercises to improve body awareness and sensory perception of the face and jaw, while the other does standard jaw and posture exercises. Both treatments last 4 weeks, and a third group waits without treatment for comparison. The main goal is to see which approach better reduces orofacial pain and improves jaw function.
