Summary
This study compares two ways of performing a manual therapy technique called SNAG for people with chronic low back pain. One group will receive the therapy while standing (loaded), the other while lying down (unloaded). Both groups will also do standard exercises. The goal is to see which position provides greater pain relief and improves movement. The study will involve 34 adults with low back pain lasting at least 6 weeks.
