New wearable device aims to ease chronic back pain without drugs

Summary
This study tests a wearable device called Octane Aether that uses magnetic fields to treat chronic low back pain in adults. 24 participants will use the device at home for 60 minutes daily over 10 weeks, comparing active treatment to a sham (inactive) mode. The goal is to see if the device safely reduces pain and improves quality of life.
