First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding Mulligan mobilization (a gentle manual therapy) or relaxation techniques (deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation) to standard physical therapy can better relieve chronic low back pain. 45 adults aged 18-60 with non-specific low back pain lasting over 3 months will be split into three groups. Pain, mobility, and quality of life will be measured before, after, and 3 months following the 4-week treatment.
