First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares dynamic lumbar strengthening exercises versus Pilates, both combined with myofascial release, in 60 adults aged 25-35 with non-specific chronic low back pain lasting over 3 months. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups and will exercise for 20-25 minutes every other day for 8 weeks. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves function, and increases spinal mobility.
