Summary

This study tests whether combining counseling with a medication called cytisine helps people with HIV in Kenya quit smoking and reduce heavy drinking. About 300 participants will receive either counseling alone or counseling plus the medication. The goal is to improve long-term health by controlling these risky behaviors.
