First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will check if smartphone photos, 3D dental scans, and a special fluorescent light can accurately detect early cavities in people who have finished braces. Thirty participants aged 11 to 46 with early white spots on their teeth will be followed for three months. Researchers will compare these methods to standard clinical exams to see which works best for spotting active cavities.
