Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app with a friendly virtual coach can help people stick with their buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder. Researchers will enroll 100 adults who recently started buprenorphine at Boston Medical Center. Participants use the app for daily check-ins and support, and the study tracks how many stay in treatment for at least a year.
