Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app and e-coaching can help people with spinal cord injury stick to exercise guidelines. About 50 participants will use either a basic or interactive app, and those who struggle may get extra coaching. The goal is to find the best way to boost exercise adherence and improve fitness.
