Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called utmbHealthyBrain is easy for older adults and their caregivers to use in community settings. The app includes drawing, Tai-Chi, meditation, and a share feature to connect with family. Over 6 weeks, 40 participants aged 50+ will try the app at least three times per week. The goal is to see if it helps with emotions, movement, and social engagement.
