First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study will look at 100 adults having nose surgery to see if their smartphone habits affect how much pain they feel and how much pain medicine they need afterward. Researchers will measure pain levels and painkiller use in the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to understand if phone addiction is linked to worse recovery experiences.
