Summary

This study tests whether a voice-based program called Talk Parenting, delivered through an Amazon Echo Dot, can help parents of children ages 3-5 improve challenging bedtime and morning routines. About 184 families will either use the program right away or wait 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in children's sleep, behavior, and parent stress levels.
