Summary
This study is testing a new program that combines AI-guided community exercise with continuous glucose monitoring for adults who have both knee osteoarthritis and obesity. The main goal is to see if this approach helps control blood sugar levels. Researchers will also track changes in knee pain, body weight, and the need for future knee surgery over one to two years.
