Summary
This study tests a new bandage called exciflex that delivers small electrical pulses to help heal chronic wounds in the legs. It is for Veterans with diabetes or spinal cord injury whose wounds are not healing normally. The bandage can stay on for up to seven days and aims to improve healing without changing the dressing.
