Summary
This 30-day study tests SleepWhale Natural Sleep Drops (Extra Strength) in 100 adults to see if they improve sleep quality, reduce daytime sleepiness, and boost resilience. Participants will complete surveys about their sleep, fatigue, and well-being. The study is for US residents who can read English and are not on sleep medications or have certain health conditions.
