This study compares three recovery positions—side-lying with head up, lying on back with head up, and standard side-lying—to see which best prevents low oxygen levels after painless stomach and colon exams. Over 1,600 adults will be randomly assigned to one position. The goal is to find a simple, non-invasive way to improve safety during recovery.
