Summary
This study tests whether a brief sleep-focused workshop can improve sleep and mood in people with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). The workshop teaches sleep habits and strategies based on cognitive-behavioral therapy. Researchers will enroll 72 people aged 16 and older who have PMDD and sleep problems. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach is helpful and practical.
