Sleep your way to recovery? digital program hopes to boost eating disorder treatment
NCT ID NCT07518368
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This pilot study tests a self-guided digital program called SOAR that shares science-backed sleep tips with people starting treatment for an eating disorder. The program includes videos on sleep hygiene and setting a regular sleep schedule. Researchers want to see if the program is easy to use and helpful, not whether it works as a treatment itself. About 154 adults will be randomly assigned to use SOAR or continue with their usual care.
