Sleep first, lose weight better: new approach for breast cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT05780814

Summary

This study is testing whether treating insomnia first helps breast cancer survivors lose weight more effectively. Researchers will compare two approaches: one group receives insomnia treatment before weight loss coaching, while the other gets basic sleep education first. The study involves 250 women who have completed breast cancer treatment, are overweight or obese, and have chronic insomnia.
