Summary

This study looked at 102 people with multiple sclerosis to see how sleep quality relates to fatigue, body awareness, and arm and leg function. Participants were grouped by good or poor sleep, and their abilities were measured with tests like walking speed and a heartbeat counting task. The goal was to understand how sleep problems might worsen MS symptoms and daily functioning.
