NCT ID NCT04963205
First seen May 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether sleeping with the head and back raised (using an adjustable bed) can improve sleep quality for people with advanced COPD. About 24 participants tried both a flat and raised sleeping position for 4 weeks each. The goal was to see if the raised position leads to better sleep, less breathing trouble at night, and more energy during the day.
