Summary
This observational study follows 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes to see how sleep quality, anxiety, eating habits, and lifestyle relate to blood sugar control and birth outcomes. Participants complete questionnaires and have their glucose monitored either in the hospital or at home with a sensor. The goal is to better understand these connections to improve care, but no treatment is tested.
