Brain injury recovery: does poor sleep worsen mental health?

Summary

This study looks at 150 adults who have had a brain injury from a stroke, bleed, or trauma. Researchers will track their sleep and mental health for up to a year using wrist monitors, brain sensors, and questionnaires. The goal is to understand if poor sleep is linked to worse mental health after injury.
