Healing harmonies: nature and music lift spirits after brain injury

Summary
This small pilot study explores whether a four-session program combining music and nature activities can improve wellbeing for adults with acquired brain injuries and their care partners. Ten pairs will complete surveys before and after the program to measure quality of life and resilience. The study is run by occupational and music therapists and focuses on feasibility and satisfaction.
