Can a phone call improve sleep and memory for older adults with HIV?

NCT ID NCT07272863

Summary

This study is testing two different phone-based programs to help older adults with HIV who have trouble sleeping. One program focuses on improving sleep habits, while the other teaches mindfulness techniques. Researchers want to see if either program can improve sleep quality and memory, and if these changes are linked to brain health markers over one year.
