Summary

This study tests a sleep-focused program (TranS-C) plus bright light therapy in 90 teens aged 12-18 with depression and sleep problems. Participants either get the full program or just sleep feedback. The goal is to see if the approach is acceptable and helps ease depression and sleep issues, potentially lowering suicide risk.
