Sleep therapy may boost brain health in Memory-Impaired seniors

Summary

This study looks at whether improving sleep can help memory and thinking in older adults with mild memory problems and sleep issues. Fifty participants aged 60-85 will receive either talk therapy for insomnia or gentle sound stimulation during sleep. Researchers will track changes in thinking skills and daily function over six months.
