Your phone could help you sleep better: new app study aims to beat insomnia

Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called GoodShleep+ that gives personalized, in-the-moment tips to help people with sleep or circadian problems. About 80 adults in Hong Kong will either use the app for 8 weeks or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if the app improves sleep quality, mood, and daily functioning.
