Summary

This study tests an oral medication called SKY-0515 in 400 adults aged 25 and older with Huntington's disease. The goal is to see if the drug can lower harmful proteins linked to the disease and improve movement, thinking, and daily function. Participants will receive either SKY-0515 or a placebo, and researchers will track changes over time using standard rating scales.
