First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looked at whether the six-minute stepper test (ST6) can measure changes in exercise ability in people with COPD after a 3-week pulmonary rehabilitation program. 72 patients with all stages of COPD took part. The goal was to see if the number of steps improved from before to after rehab, which could help doctors track progress more easily.
