New collagen bone graft could boost dental implant success

Summary
This study tests a collagen-based bone graft material (Bio-Oss Collagen) for sinus lifts during dental implant surgery in people with bone loss and missing teeth. About 36 adults with low bone height in the upper jaw will receive the graft and an implant at the same time. The goal is to see how much new bone forms and how long the procedure takes.
