Summary
This study compares two methods of preparing the bone for dental implants: high-speed drilling with cooling water versus low-speed drilling without water. Fifty healthy adults needing implants will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques. Researchers will measure bone loss around the implant, drilling time, amount of bone collected, and patient comfort.
