Can a single workout or muscle zaps boost bone health in dentists?
NCT ID NCT06813092
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at how a single session of either high-intensity resistance exercise or whole-body electrical muscle stimulation affects markers of bone formation and heart health in 16 young female dentists. Dentists often have high workloads and poor posture, putting them at risk for bone loss and heart problems. The goal was to see if these short, time-efficient approaches could offer benefits.
