Simulation training boosts nursing Students' ECG skills in new study
NCT ID NCT07533838
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether hands-on simulation training helps nursing students learn to read heart rhythm strips (ECGs) better than playing digital games. About 31 nursing students took part. Both groups learned ECG basics, then one group practiced in a simulation lab while the other used online games. Researchers tested their skills right after and again four weeks later to see which method worked best.
