Summary

This study looks at whether taking sideritis (a type of Greek mountain tea) can improve exercise performance and recovery. Researchers will measure things like heart rate, oxygen use, and time to exhaustion in 12 healthy adults aged 18-40. Participants will take the supplement and then do exercise tests to see if it helps them perform better compared to a control group.
