Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called SHR-1905 in 280 adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Participants must have moderate-to-severe symptoms despite standard nasal sprays. The goal is to see if the drug shrinks polyps and improves congestion over 24 weeks compared to a placebo.
