Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called SHR-1905 for people with long-term sinus inflammation and nasal polyps (growths in the nose). About 280 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces polyp size and nasal congestion over 24 weeks. Participants must have moderate to severe symptoms despite using standard nasal sprays.
