First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using a pillow placed behind the shoulder after rotator cuff repair surgery can help reduce pain and improve sleep. About 126 adults aged 40 to 70 who are having this surgery will be invited to use the pillow or not, based on their choice. Their pain, sleep quality, and shoulder function will be checked over 6 weeks to see if the pillow makes a difference.
