Summary

This study compares two common shoulder replacement surgeries—anatomic and reverse—for people with shoulder arthritis who still have an intact rotator cuff. About 108 participants will be randomly assigned to one surgery and followed for a year to see which leads to better shoulder function and less pain. The goal is to help doctors and patients choose the best option.
