Stemless shoulder implant aims to ease pain and restore movement

Summary
This study is testing a new type of shoulder replacement that does not use a stem (the part that goes into the arm bone). It is for people with shoulder arthritis, fractures, or other damage. About 136 adults will get the implant and be followed for 2 years to see if their pain and function improve. The goal is to confirm the device is safe and works well.
