First seen Jun 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two simple ways to help children aged 5 to 10 feel less pain and fear when getting blood drawn. One method uses a small plastic device called ShotBlocker, and the other uses a finger puppet to distract the child. The goal is to see if these distraction techniques work better than standard care. About 90 children will take part.
