Shockwave or magnet therapy: which eases female sexual dysfunction?

Summary

This study tests two non-invasive treatments—shockwave therapy and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy—combined with pelvic floor exercises for women with sexual dysfunction. 90 women aged 20-50 will be randomly assigned to one of three groups for 8 weeks of treatment, followed by 8 weeks of follow-up. The goal is to see which approach best improves sexual function and quality of life.
