Summary
This study tests a new surgical technique called SHAPE against the standard Milligan-Morgan surgery for people with severe (third- and fourth-degree) hemorrhoids. The goal is to see if SHAPE causes less pain after surgery and leads to fewer complications. About 68 adults will take part, and their pain levels and recovery will be tracked for up to 30 days.
