Summary

This study tests a program for women with severe obesity (BMI 40+) and early-stage endometrial cancer. The program includes weight loss medication, a hormone-releasing IUD, diet, and exercise to help them lose weight and improve health before surgery. The goal is to see if this approach makes surgery safer and keeps the cancer from growing. About 82 women will take part over 28-54 weeks.
