Summary
This study tests whether SGLT2 inhibitors, a type of diabetes medicine, can improve anemia in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Anemia is a common and serious complication of CKD that can lower quality of life. The study will enroll 60 adults with mild to moderate CKD and low hemoglobin levels to see if the drug helps correct anemia without the need for other treatments.
