Summary
This study follows 150 adults with cirrhosis who are waiting for a liver transplant. Researchers will measure sexual function before and one year after transplant using questionnaires, hormone tests, and brain scans. The goal is to understand how transplant and anti-rejection drugs affect sexual health, and whether treatments like PDE-5 inhibitors help.
