Summary
This study looked at 63 women having laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery while tilted head-down. Researchers compared two anesthetics, sevoflurane and desflurane, to see how they affected pressure inside the head by measuring the nerve sheath at the back of the eye using ultrasound. The goal was to find out which anesthetic might be safer for managing brain pressure during this type of surgery.
