Summary
This study will compare sensory-motor training (exercises that improve body awareness and balance) with resistance training (strengthening exercises) in 52 adults aged 40-60 with early-stage knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves balance, and helps with daily activities like walking and climbing stairs. Participants must have Grade 1 or 2 osteoarthritis and not have exercised in the last 3 months.
