This study will compare sensory-motor training (exercises that improve how your brain senses joint position) with resistance training (strengthening exercises) in 52 adults aged 40-60 with early-stage knee osteoarthritis (Grade 1 or 2). The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves balance, and helps with daily activities like walking and climbing stairs. Participants must not have exercised for at least 3 months and will be followed for a short period.
