Summary

This study tests sensorimotor psychotherapy, a body-oriented therapy, for people with personality disorders who experienced early childhood trauma. Researchers will compare it to standard treatment in 131 adults across five Dutch clinics, measuring changes in emotion regulation, body awareness, and PTSD symptoms.
