Summary
This study looks at whether a single guided self-corrective exercise can immediately improve muscle activity and spine alignment in 40 adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis. Participants will have their back muscles and spine measured before and after the exercise. The goal is to see if this simple exercise could help guide future rehabilitation strategies.
